Sue is an English solicitor with over 18 years experience in international banking transactions, including syndicated loans, subordinated debt, structured finance and tax driven transactions.
After graduating from Wadham College, Oxford University in 1977, with a degree in Law, Sue joined Norton Rose as a trainee in 1979, joining the asset finance team there on qualifying as a solicitor in 1981. She was a partner in the International Finance Department at Norton Rose from 1988- 1996 and responsible for training the banking assistants at Norton Rose for 2 years thereafter. While a partner in the Banking team, she was highly recommended as one of the leading experts in her field by Legal 500 and by Chambers.
For over 15 years Sue has been running highly acclaimed training on loan documentation in conjunction with Euromoney Legal Training
In 2005 Sue`s book on International Loan Documentation was published.
