How do I register for a study course?

  • Step 1 Registration

Applicants first need to fill out and submit the appropriate online registration form. There is a group registration form for group registration, and a separate form if you are registering one person only. Applicants will receive a reply via email confirming receipt of their application (please ensure that a valid email address is entered in the registration form). Please register as soon as possible and no later than one week before the course starts.

  • Step 2: Payment

Following registration, bank details will be provided by us. The fee must be paid via bank transfer. Payment must be received by us immediately after registration. Please send a confirmation of your payment by email to us using the contact us form 

  • Step 3: Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of the applicant's payment via email and, in the case of registration for the course library, the delegate(s) will receive a username and password allowing access to the library.

  • Step 4:Access to Study Course

One week before the start of the study course the delegate will receive a username and password allowing access to the course library and to the introductory materials for the course. The materials themselves will be made available on a weekly basis during the course

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an e mail with details of the bank account to be paid

How do I know if I have been registered for a study course?

Once we receive your registration form, we will send you an e mail confirmation. When we have received payment, we will e mail you a confirmation of your place on the course. One week before the course starts, we will email you with a username and password giving access to the course library and to the introductory materials for the course

Do you refund fees?

We do not refund payment once it has been received for a particular course. However, if a participant has paid an individual fee for a study course and is unable to participate, the fee can be applied to the next scheduled run of that study course. If they (or their nominee) are unable to participate in the next scheduled run of the course, the payment will be forfeited. Cancellation of participation from a course must be requested via email (using the contact us form) before the first day of the course to be able to apply the fee to the next course.
Payment of a group fee cannot be refunded in whole or part unless otherwise agreed by us in writing at the time of booking

Is there a different registration process if I want to follow the "key Facts" route for a study course? 

 No. The key facts route has precisely the same course materials as the in depth version of the study course except that the reading materials from the course text book are not a compulsory part of the course and this route has a different set of quizzes (which can be passed without the text book reading). This enables participants to study the materials in the depth which is appropriate for them and to tailor the time commitment to suit their needs. This also means that participants can decide, as they go along, which version of the course to attempt.

Of course, if they follow the Key facts route they will be issued with a key facts certificate and, if they require continuing professional development points, the points allocation will be less.
