Message from Sue
Dear Colleague,
My mission is to help you to understand the commercial implications of any international loan agreements which you or your clients are involved with, and to help you negotiate and administer those agreements effectively. The huge response to my training over the years has made it clear to me that there is a need for clear and simple guidance on the legal documentation involved in large international loans, so I have decided to make my loan documentation training available to a wider audience by providing it online on this site.
You will find lots of information on this site to help you, including lots of free tips and lessons available from the links below. Also have a look at the loan documentation study course - which is an in depth online training course explaining every clause in the loan agreement, from the definitions through to the boilerplate. This course will solve all those nagging questions like
- the difference between Defaults and Events of Default
- the difference between a cross default clause and a cross acceleration clause
- the relationship between the material adverse change event of default and the financial ratios
- and much more! Click here to find out more
There is also the course library; the resources section, with links to other websites; and, as a thanks for your visit, free top tips, lesson, and texts, available from the links below.
Thanks for visiting and I look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues on one of our courses
Sue Wright
